Fevicol Xpres is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane (PU) adhesive designed for rapid bonding. Often described as a "new age" alternative to traditional epoxy resins, it is specifically engineered to bond wood to various other materials with extreme speed and strength.
Core Features
Fast Setting: It features a remarkably quick handling time, typically setting within 15 minutes of clamping.
"Wood to Anything" Bonding: While primarily for wood-to-wood joints, it is highly effective for bonding wood to marble, granite, glass, metal, and concrete.
Moisture Curing: It is a moisture-curing adhesive, meaning it requires a small amount of water (usually applied to one surface) to activate the bonding process.
D4 Water Resistance: It belongs to the D4 category of adhesives, offering excellent resistance to both normal and boiling water, as well as high heat resistance.
Efficiency: Designed for single-side application, it provides up to 2.5 times higher coverage than two-part epoxy adhesives.
