We do have store pickup option as well from Bangalore store at no additional charge.
For shipments outside Bangalore, we ship through third party logistics providers.
Incase of VRL Logistics Godown/ Porter Option, Customer has to pay transport charges directly to partner at the time of delivery.

It again depends on delivery location and the logistics partner. We try to choose best possible way to deliver at your doorstep but cannot guarantee doorstep delivery everywhere.
Customer has to make necessary arrangements to unload and lift bulky items like plywood, heavy weight items, appliances, lengthy items etc.
Most of the products will be in stock and dispatched within 2 working days.
However, some products need more time to procure and dispatch. In such cases our team will communicate approximate timeline.
List prices are Exclusive of taxes. GST will be added at the time of checkout.
Also there will be payment gateway charges when you are using online payment option. You can use NEFT or UPI mode to pay directly to our account without gateway charges. Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. For those choosing VRL Godown/ Porter option, the delivery charges to be paid directly to the logistics partner at the time of pickup/delivery by the customer. Checkout page shows FREE because we don't charge delivery fee since customer choose TO PAY option.

Dispatch Time
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. For items requiring procurement, our team will communicate the timeline.
Doorstep Delivery
We aim for doorstep delivery but cannot guarantee it everywhere. In some locations, items may need to be collected from the nearest transporter warehouse.
Unloading & Lifting
Customers must arrange unloading and lifting for bulky items (plywood, appliances, heavy goods). Some logistics providers offer this at an additional cost, borne by the buyer.
